When it came to paying for our food the young man serving us just said “thirty quid” without providing a bill which is a little bit unprofessional to say the least. Some retraining in customer service is definitely required to give the spa the grand, professional experience the building deserves. Also we were sat waiting for a while for a food menu or any kind of service to arrive at our table but whilst we sat waiting another staff member sat down at the outdoor seating where we was sat with her male friend for a break and a chat. The young man serving us didn’t seem to know the answer to any simple questions such as “what soft drinks do you have?” without running back inside to ask someone else. The room for improvement I’d say was with the staff at the entrance and bistro as they were all very young (teenagers) with no sign of any supervisor present. Facilities were very clean and my neck and back massage was enjoyable. Overall a pleasant evening spa experience.
